Terms of Use

XClub is invite-only. Every request is personally vetted. Sending a request doesn't guarantee an invitation, a reply within a set time, or a place at any event. XClub may accept or decline any request, or withdraw an invitation, at its discretion and without giving a reason. You must be 18 or over and give accurate information about who you are and what you do.

Every member, guest, sponsor and partner agrees to The XClub Code:

1. No pitching. You're here as a peer, not a prospect.
2. No selling. Services, tools and recruiting stay outside.
3. No recordings. No photos of people, no notes for publication, no live posts.
4. Trust and discretion. What's shared here is held here.

• Invitations and tickets are personal and can't be transferred without our approval.
• Treat everyone with respect. Harassment, discrimination, misrepresenting yourself, or using XClub to collect contacts for marketing or recruiting are not allowed.
• Venue rules and local laws apply at every event.
• If you break The Code or these terms, we may refuse entry, remove you from a gathering without a refund, and end your membership or future invitations.

• We may change an event's date, time, venue, format, speakers or capacity, or cancel it. We will tell registered guests as soon as we reasonably can.
• If we cancel a paid event, we will refund the ticket price. Other refunds are at our discretion unless the event page or the law says otherwise.
• UAE programme: our UAE programme is still in planning. Nothing about it, including dates, venues, themes, sponsors or partners, is confirmed until we announce it officially.
• Sponsors and partners may support our gatherings. Attendee details may be shared with an event's sponsors and partners as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can opt out at any time by emailing pradeep@xclub.global.

We use third-party platforms such as Luma (registration, ticketing and payments), Vercel (hosting), Google Workspace, Meta and LinkedIn. When you use them, their own terms and privacy policies also apply. We aren't responsible for their services, availability or content, or for third-party websites we link to.

The XClub name, logo, site design, text and other content belong to XClub or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse or adapt them without our written permission. Anything said by others at a gathering stays covered by The Code and may not be published.

The site and our events are provided "as is" and "as available". Conversations at XClub are peer exchanges, not professional, legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Any decision you make based on what you hear is your own responsibility. We don't vouch for the claims, conduct or businesses of members, guests, sponsors or partners.

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• XClub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, business or opportunity;
• XClub's total liability for any claim relating to the site or an event is limited to the amount you paid XClub for that event, or zero if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top when we do. If you keep using the site or attend a gathering after a change, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these terms, the site or XClub gatherings.
